Allow us to tempt your palate with mixed grills over hot lava stones, the unique flavor of locally reared pork “puntarelle”, various cuts of Tagliata, filet, “Scottadito” lamb, roast chicken, turkey and guineafowl, all accompanied by a glass of fragrant Umbrian red.
From our dessert menu we suggest “Semifreddo al Vin Santo”, “Semifreddo al Bacio Perugina”, “Zuppa inglese”, panna cotta, “Crema catalana” or our eternally popular home-made tiramisù.
